The last date for guaranteed postal delivery in time for Christmas is Monday 17 December 2018. Any orders received after this will be posted as soon as possible but delivery before January 2019 is not guaranteed.
All orders are processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Delivery cost of magazines and newsletters is included within the overall subscription / membership cost.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
You have 14 days after placing your order to cancel and receive a full refund. After this period a proportional refund will be offered taking into account how many magazines of your annual subscription / membership you have already received and a £10 administration charge.
